- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Qty 1, Polymer Compounding and Sample Preparation Kit. This requirement is sole sourced to Dynisco Polymer Test, 730 Hemlock Road, PO Box 709,Morgantown, PA 19543-0709. The set is designed to complement existing equipment at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, which includes an Izod impact tester, laboratory molding mixer, and laboratory mixing extruder with take up for producing fibers. Any firms believing that they can provide the Polymer Compounding and Sampling Preparation Kit that is compatible with our exizting equipment, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship.
