- The purpose of this amendment #1 to the synopsis is to: 1. Revise the period of performance to read, "The period of performance will be 300 calendar days from issuance of a Notice-to-Proceed;" 2. Revise the release date to read, "The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about July 24, 2009, and will only be available on FEDBIZOPPS at the above website; 3. incorporate the following sentence in to the synopsis, "In accordance with FAR 36.204, the anticipated magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. A bid bond and performance and payment bonds will be required against this solicitation and resulting contract."
