- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that award was made under Contract N40085-09-D-5344-0013 in the amount of $4,587,471.00 to R & W Construction Company, Inc. of Jacksonville, NC. This task order award is made in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5 - Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, Paragraph 16.505. Summary of Project Scope: The work to be performed under this contract includes new flooring, ceilings, toilet fixtures, HVAC systems, lighting, and roof covering. Other significant improvements include repainting all normally painted surfaces and other related incidental related work for Building AS4157 and Building AS4158 aboard New River Air Station.
