- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs medical Center (VAMC)-Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Jackson CBOC is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, management and technical support necessary to provide local Primary Rate Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface (PRI) Lines to be located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, Jackson CBOC, Jackson, MI. NAICS Code 517110, Size Standard 1,500. Employees. Period of Performance shall be Date of Award through September 30, 2009 with four (4) one (1) year options, be in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract.
