- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER W912DS-07-D-0004, TASK ORDER 0012. OBJECTIVE A condition survey of Keyport Harbor, NJ. SURVEY OPERATIONS A. Survey lines will be made normal to the channel lines. B. The survey lines will be surveyed by use of single-beam survey system. The distance between survey lines shall be 100 feet. C. Survey lines shall extend beyond the limits of the Federal Channel at least 100 feet on either side of the Channel except where limited by topography. D. Soundings will be plotted to the nearest 0.1 foot with the decimal point indicating the position of the sounding. Soundings will be plotted at 10 foot intervals along the sounding line. E. All soundings will be reduced to the Corps of Engineers Improvement Plane. The Improvement Plane is 2.4 below National Geodetic Vertical Datum.
