Description

Signed CICA for Lease of Tower space, Jesup, GA This Lease is for placement of a Weather Radio Station that is required for the National Weather Service (NWS) in support of NOAA's Weather Radio (NWR) Emergency Alert System to provide direct warnings into private homes for natural disasters and nuclear attack. These radio stations are located throughout the country and the State of Georgia to provide maximum coverage to citizens. This Lease action is for a succeeding Lease on an 800' Tower near Jesup, Georgia for placement of a SWR 8-Bay antenna with a center mounting point of approximately 430' above ground level and for use of 36 sf in a climate controled building at the base of the tower for placement of a Crown 300 Watt Dual Transmitter, transmitting on 162.5 mHZ. This tower site provides the maximum coverage in the Jesup, Georgia vicinity.
