- This notice is being placed for informational purposes only - This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The U.S. General Services Administration Region 4 (Southeast Sunbelt Region) plans to utilize an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Design-Build (DB) Services for a Mecahnical/Electrical/Plumbing upgrade, repair and alteration in the Sam M. Gibbons United States Courthouse in Tampa, Florida. The Request for Proposal (RFP) was released to the designated IDIQ DB Contractors on July 15, 2009. Proposals are due on or before July 23, 2009.
