- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S2-09-T-3030. The Directorate of Contacting, Fort Drum, NY will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to maintain the Field Latrines on Fort Drum, NY. The successful Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all work in connection with the cleaning, pumping and grass cutting of the Field Latrines. The period of performance will include a base year and four option years with an anticipated start date of 01 October 2009 and an anticipated award date of 03 August 2009. Services will be procured using the procedures in FAR parts 12 and 13. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 562991. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference RFQ Number W911S2-09-T-3030. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on 16 July 2009. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments will only be available electronically by accessing Federal Business Opportunities at http://vsearch2.fbo.gov/servlet/SearchServlet or the FBO at https://www.fbo.gov/. No hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to quote are required to monitor this site for the RFQ and amendments.
