- Funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ("ARRA"). THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. existing contract has been modify under Contract No. GS-02P-07-DT-C-0009/Modification No. PS02 to: (1) Credit for final construction document phase for the negotiated amount of ($15,761.21); (2) Escalation for 100% Construction Documents Phase, 100% Construction Documents Review and Bid phase/conformed construction documents for the negotiated amount of $ 4,026.20 and (3) Review of A/E submission for upgrades to existing single – glazed windows for the negotiated amount of $ 65,153.61 for the CMa Services for the Façade Repair & Slate Roof Replacement for the U.S. Post Office & Courthouse at 271 Cadman Plaza, Brooklyn, NY. Therefore, this Modification No. PS02 increases the existing contract dollar amount by $53,418.60. THIS MOIDFICATION IS FUNDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) 2009 FUNDS.
