- The purpose of this modification to the previous notice is to inform industry that the Request for Proposal (RFP) number W91WAW-09-R-0096 has been posted. The RFP (and any associated amendments) must be retrieved and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website -- https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/; select the Contracting Opportunities Search button, then select the desired RFP and click Process. No hard copies of the RFP will be issued. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Ms. Na Lin via email at: Na.Lin@us.army.mil and the Contracting Officer, Undra Robinson via email at Undra.Robinson@us.army.mil. Questions must be submitted not later than 10:00 am, EST, 24 July, 2009. Responses to questions submitted, if/as appropriate, will be responded to via an amendment to the solicitation only, which shall be posted to FedBizOpps. Interested Offerors should contact the contract specialist via email for an offeror code. NOTE: NO HANDCARRIED QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
