- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center intend to solicit Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Commercial Item Test Program "Section 4202 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1966, as implemented FAR 13.5: Providing Warehousing and Storage Services for Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Operating functions include: Receiving, receipt processing, issue processing, packaging, crating material, inventorying, and storage warehousing. Site Visit: All Bidder's must attend the Site Visit; in order to obtain an understanding of the daily functions listed above; and how to do business in Cuba. All information regarding the Site Visit will be posted in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The forecast date for posting the RFP is 05 August 2009. This procurement is Unrestricted, NAICS: 493110; Size STD:$25.5m. The anticipated contract will consist of a base period and four (4) one year options. All contractors must be CCR registered in order to be eligible for award; and Representations and Certifications must be available in ORCA. www.orca.bpn.gov This requirement is a follow-on contract to the existing contract: N68836-04-C-0012 @ $280,630.20, contractor: Burns & Roe Services Corporation.
