- SF-18 Related Clauses SOW THIS SOLICITATION 21093196WA466 IS ISSUED AS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). THIS SOLICITATION INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 05-35. THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR PART 36, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.**********This is a solicitation to Install Wiring and Connectivity at US Coast Guard Point Portrero, San Francisco, California. Contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and incidentals to this project. This acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 and the applicable size standard is $14 million.
