- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912ES09T0066. Pre-Solicitation Synopsis Georgetown, MN Levee Leveling Operations Solicitation W912ES-09-T-0066 This requirement is being procured under both the Small Business Administration Reauthorization Act (Public Law105-135) and the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, (Public Law 100-707). Only firms recognized as Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) by the U.S. Small Business Administration and that are within the included counties of the FEMA-1829 DR Disaster Declaration Minnesota are eligible to submit offers. Contractor is to provide all equipment, operators, and laborers for permanent levee leveling operations which includes, but is not limited to leveling of depressions and/or high areas on the Georgetown permanent levee structures and furnishing topsoil. The Contractor will not be required to restore or reestablish sod. Award will be a Firm-fixed price, commercial purchase order for the area(s) within the city limits of Georgetown, MN to be specified at the time of issuance of the purchase order(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. The estimated order of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
