- The National Park Service, Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, Arizona, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed-Price commercial services contract for Archeological Site Restoration: Correct Drainage Deficiencies to Protect Archeological Resources, Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, Arizona. Contractor shall provide all necessary professional expertise, labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, inspection, and material to assess and correct the poor site drainage and replace eroded fill with sterile soils. These areas are located at Compounds A, D, G and Ballcourt at Casa Grande Ruins National Monument. Request for Quotation (RFQ) numbered Q8610090006, will be issued on or about 22 July 2009 and will be posted at http:// ideasec.nbc.gov and a link from FEDBIZOPPS.GOV website. NOTE: SITE TOUR IS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY JULY 29, 2009 AT 0900 AT CASA GRANDE RUINS NATIONAL MONUMENT - VISITORS CENTER.Contractors shall meet at 0900 on July 29, 2009 at the Visitor's Center at the Casa Grande Ruins. Contractors planning to attend this pre-solicitation site tour shall contact via email rebecca_carr@nps.gov and elizabeth_baierl@nps.gov to ensure access to the Park. No more than three (3) representatives per firm may attend this meeting, due to space availability. Individual tours or meetings will not be conducted nor permitted. Various evaluation factors will be used to include overall prices, past performance of similar projects, technical capability of the firm. This procurement is issued as Commercial Services, total small business set aside. The predominant NAICS code is 541620, the size standard is $7.0 million. To be eligible for this procurement, the average annual receipts for the independently-owned small business cannot exceed $7.0 million. Offerors will certify their company's size as it applies to this set aside via inclusion of FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications with their proposal, or shall indicate the firm has updated information in the ORCA.BPN.GOV website at the time of submission of offer. Ensure DUNS number is included and the company is registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) database. DUNS number will be used to verify CCR and other eligibility. Single award will be made eligible small business, registered in the CCR database, and offering the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
