- Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal Midstory Removal The purpose of this announcement is to make notice that USDA Forest Service is releasing solicitation number AG-4419-S-09-0032 on July 17, 2009, Fuel for Forest Health Midstory Removal. Prospective Bidders should visit Fedbizopps website. This notice meets the requirements of FAR 5.201 fund by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The project is for the Fuel for Forest Health Midstory Removal (ARRA Project ( WFM-0802-13-HF). This project will consist of midstory removal by felling trees. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, fuel and supplies and perform work required to complete the project in accordance with the scope of work and provisions of the contract. This project is 100% set-aside for HUB-Zone. The NAICS code for this project is 115310 Fuel Management Services; HUB-zone size standard is $7.0 million.
