- Description
- The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for supplying of a Secondary Water Source at GFAFB. This source shall have 600 gallons per minute of water continuously available at the point of delivery at a pressure of not less than 60 pounds per square inch gauge. Estimated daily maximum demand: 864 KGAL. Estimated annual consumption: 8,000 KGAL. This contract will include a base year, and nine option years. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with these technical provisions and the project drawings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221310 and the small business size standard is $7,000,000.00. This acquisition will be solicited as an unrestricted. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 28 July 2009 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerrors are responsible for checking FBO to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation; prospective offerrors are encouraged to register for notification through FBO. All offerrors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/ to be eligible for award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process. Instructions are available at the CCR website.
