- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 30,000 usable square feet and warehouse/storage/garage space consisting of approximately 6,000 usable square feet (36,000 usf total) within the city limits of the Martinsburg, West Virginia. Existing buildings and new construction may be considered. The space shall be contiguous. Drive-in access is required. Warehouse must have a minimum of twelve-foot clear-height. Tractor trailer access is required. One hundred (100) secure parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address. 2) Location of space in the building and date it will be available 3) ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) 4) Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. 5) Floor plans showing fire and life safety, including stairwells and sprinklers. 6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact 7) In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission If you meet these requirements, please submit pertinent information by August 17, 2009, making reference to Project No. 9WV2037.
