- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Replace older copiers with newer used copiers, new copiers or new multifunction printers. The 157th ARW NHANG located at Pease ANGB, Newington, NH is requesting information and conducting market research to determine which is more advantageous to the government; purchase or leasing copier equipment listed below, to include maintenance agreements as specified. STATEMENT OF WORK FOR COPIER REPLACEMENT 1.LOCATION: Pease Air National Guard Base, Newington, New Hampshire. Multiple buildings 2.DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: 2.1Replace older copiers with newer used copiers, new copier or new multifunction printers. 2.1.1All units will have the following capabilities: 2.1.1.1 Black and white print 2.1.1.2 10/100/1000 Ethernet network capability. 2.1.1.3 IPv6 capable 2.1.1.4 CaC enable capability 2.1.1.5 Minimum of 35 pages per minute print/copy. 15,000 pages per month yield. 2.1.1.6 Double side copy/print duplexing capability 2.1.1.7 Fax and Scan capability 2.1.1.8 Applicable software to utilize functions to the desktop. Systems will be managed by Print Server on the network. 2.1.1.9 Secure print capability 2.1.1.10 Collate 2.1.1.11 Color double side scan capability 2.1.212 units with standard requirements listed above in 2.1.1 2.1.34 units with Staple and Hole punch (3 long edge, 2 short edge). Color printing/copy capable. 30,000 pages per month yield. 2.1.4 10 units with standard requirements listed above in 2.1.1 exception to 2.1.1.5 can be lowered to 25 pages per minute, 8,000 ppm yield. 2.2 Maintenance agreement to cover: 2.1.4.1 Staples and Toner replacement 2.1.4.2 Onsite maintenance for part replacement, repairs, and labor 2.1.4.3 Guaranteed minimum of 5 years for part replacement maintenance (life cycle management) 2.3 Flexibility in increasing and decreasing number of systems without having to renegotiate the length of the contract. Flexibility will be based on mission need. 2.4. Trade-in value for currently owned Minolta being replaced. 2.5. Onsite support for initial setup and configuration of devices. 3. QUOTE REQUESTS 3.1 Request quotes for both lease and purchase options of equipment with the maintenance options. 3.2 As much detail to help determine monthly cost per unit. At a minimum, separate the lease or purchase cost from the maintenance cost. 3.3 As close to the specialized request as possible. Variations of listed requirements will be considered. This RFI is for planning and market research purposes only and should not be considered as a request for proposals or as a solicitation to do business with the Government.
