- "This is a Small Business Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposals abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small business; HubZone small businesses; service-disabled, veteran-owned small business; woman-owned small business; or small disadvantaged business; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice.” The Clinical Center is a clinical research hospital providing medical services for patients participating in human research protocols of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The Clinical Center provides patient facilities and services for clinical investigations by the NIH Institutes, conducts research in related areas and supervises residency and other training programs. The Department of Radiology provides imaging, interpretation and support services to clinicians and researchers at the Clinical Center and other Institutes. One such service is facilitating the extraction of quantitative measures of uptake and other metabolic activities from PET images. The purpose of this contract is to purchase and install the PMOD PET/SPECT Kinetic Analysis Software with its Cardiac, Brain, Pixel and general kinetic modeling plus the necessary viewing tools for fusion and 3D rendering. The contractor shall provide two network licenses to be installed in the Nuclear Medicine Department of the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences. Contractors or parties interested in responding to this source sought announcement are requested to submit a written response to indicate their capabilities and clearly demonstrate your knowledge, experience and skills to provide these services outlined above. Additionally, the capability statement should identify the Type of Company (i.e., small business, 8 (a), woman-owned, veteran owned, etc.) as validated via the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
