Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-09-T-0179: This solicitation will be advertised as small business set aside under the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541370(Surveying and Mapping). The small business size standard is $4.5 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced commercial performance based service contract to provide clearing and marking of surveyed boundary lines of Government property surrounding Greers Ferry Project Office, Heber Springs, Arkansas. The proposed contract shall be completed between September 1, 2009(or date of award) through 1 March 2010. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about August 04, 2009. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
