Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Purchase Order for a Clinical Psychiatrist to provide services at the Pine Ridge PHS, IHS Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The period of performance will be Date of Award until 480 hours has been exhuasted. Services shall be provided for one day a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm as determined and scheduled in cooperation with the clinncial Director. The contractor shall perform according to the statement of work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-09-104, shall be in writing either by email or fax, please provide the postal mailing address or email address to mail the RFQ package to. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be August 3, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is August 17, 2009.
