PR number IQC09196009030 Project Number: RA09196006, NSN 1680-01-376-1610, Container Assembly, Recovery Parachute This solicitation has four approved source of supply: The Conrad Company (22539), East/West Industries, Inc. (30941), AMI Industries, Inc. (31218), and Coating Specialties Inc. (53616) P/N J116174-501. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is an Air Force Critical Safety Item. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Guaranteed Min for the base year is 12 Ea, Min Order Qty is 12 Ea., and Estimated Annual demand Qty is 48 Ea.; Max Contract Qty for the base year is 96 Ea. Delivery: 120 days ARO. There is a Government First Article required for this item; the required delivery for the First Article is 120 days, with testing and evaluation at 60 days for a total delivery requirement for this item of 300 days. A Sub-Contracting Plan is required for all large businesses. Certified Cost and Pricing data is not required for this solicitation. There is no Surge requirement for this solicitation.
