- FAR 52.212-3 Reps & Certs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) AG-4660-S-09-0023. This solicitation is for the following: Contract Item number 0001, 1 Package, Infrared Camera System, R & D, FLIR SC660 ExaminIR Package #241 (Package includes 1 ea 40402-1002US FLIR SC660 and 1 EA 24796-200 ExaminIR MAX Software, and Contract Item no. 0002, 1 EA, IR lens f = 19mm, 45 degree, include case #T197189. Brand name is required due to compatibility requirements with existing equipment and existing data. Data collected will be augmenting and comparing previous collected fire data with new observations using the same data elements. Standard Commercial Warranty. Small Business size standard applicable to this unrestricted solicitation is 500 Employees under 333315. Delivery within 60 days after contract award. Deliver F.O.B. Destination to USDA Forest Service, 320 Green St, Athens GA 30602. FAR provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items with no addenda and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply to this procurement. Evaluation criteria as follows: Lowest price technically acceptable offer. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their quotation. FAR Clause 52.212-4-Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items with no addenda applies to this procurement. FAR clause 52.212-5-Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement along with the following FAR clauses cited in the clause 52.219-28, Post Award Small Business Program Re-representation, 52.222-3, Convict Labor, 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities. 52.222-26-Equal Opportunity, 52.222-35, Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans, 52.222-36-Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities, 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans, 52.225-3-Buy American Act-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act, 52.225-13-Restriction on Certain Foreign Purchases; 52-232-33-Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
