- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to Tuck Mapping Solutions, Big Stone Gap WV, Contract No. W91278-09-D-0041. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District will award a firm-fixed price task order against this existing Indefinite Delivery Contract for AE Services for Surveying and Mapping, which was fully competed and established in accordance with FAR Part 14 on 29 May 2009. The purpose of this task order is to provide overbank airborne LIDAR surveys along the Millers Ferry and R.F. Henry pools of the Alabama River Lakes project as an ARRA funded project. This data will be used to supplement existing hydro data and will help increase the reliability of equipment and improve Water Management functions, as well as provide more accurate data for flood risk management decision making, which will help to insure water supply and environmental conditions are met. Data collected shall include both topographical overbank section data and hydrographic section data along pre-established sedimentation ranges. POC: Jacquelyn D.
