- RECOVERY ACT SUPPORT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY OFFICE OF THE CHIEFFINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub, L. 111-5, the Department of Energy (DOE) posts this pre-award notice of its intent to issue a modification and task assignment under an existing Time and Materials/Labor Hour (Fixed Rate) contract. The contract was awarded under the Small Business Administrations 8(a) Program and provides systems support for the DOE Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the Departments iManage software application. The contract number is DE-AC01-08CF40007 and the contractor is M Squared Strategies, located in Washington DC. The purpose of this modification is to incorporate ARRA contract terms and conditions mandated by statute and additional funding in the amount of $200,000.00. There will be no increase to the contract Not-to-Exceed Ceiling value as a result of this action. The period of performance is projected as July 27, 2009 to October 30, 2009 inclusive.
