- NASA/DFRC has a requirement for one (1) each MUX-3005R with 5 I/O slots, InternalRecorder slot, PSM-2003, XOVH-300, and XGPS-300, one (1) each XRMM-1032-1, StandardRemovable Drive Cartridge for MUX-300XR with 32 GB Drive, one (1) each XMSR-1001-PS,Airborne Receptacle for XRMM-1XXX Removable Recorder Cartridges, one (1) each GSS-CLT,Client User License per machine, one (1) GSS-SRV, GSS server software for operation witha single server PC. To include server software for real time test and analysis of data.Fully compatible with all TTC PC basedcards.NASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from Teletronics Technology Corporation, 15 TerryDrive, Newtown, Pennsylvania. Teletronics Technology Corporation is the only maker ofthese products. They are specifically designed, built and tested by TeletronicsTechnology Corporation to meet specifications required by NASA. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 2:30 p.m. Pacificlocal time on 8/7/09. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for thepurpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by Arcata Associates, Inc. not to compete this proposed effort on a fulland open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within thediscretion of the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
