- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92244-09-T-0277. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-34 effective 01 July 2009. This procurement is small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 332999 with a standard business size of 500 employees. The Defense Priority and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Section B Schedule of Supplies and Services CLIN 0001: The contractor shall fabricate and install 38" to 44" wide by 66" to 76" tall (based on site survey measurements) Flow Control Partitions (FCPs) made of 3/8" AR500 ballistic steel. FCPs shall be on heavy-duty commercial grade, vault style hinges. FCPs, hinge mount plate and stops will be coated with flat, safety black Line-X®, Rhino Liner ®, or equivalent. Quantity: 8 each. CLIN 0002: The contractor shall fabricate and install 46" to 56" wide by 66" to 76" tall (based on site survey measurements) Flow Control Partitions (FCPs) made of 3/8" AR500 ballistic steel. FCPs shall be on heavy-duty commercial grade, vault style hinges. FCPs, hinge mount plate and stops will be coated with flat, safety black Line-X®, Rhino Liner ®, or equivalent. Quantity: 3 each. CLIN 0003: The contractor shall fabricate and install 58" to 68" wide by 66" to 76" tall (based on site survey measurements) Flow Control Partitions (FCPs) made of 3/8" AR500 ballistic steel. FCPs shall be on heavy-duty commercial grade, vault style hinges. FCPs, hinge mount plate and stops will be coated with flat, safety black Line-X®, Rhino Liner ®, or equivalent. Quantity: 2 each. OPTION CLIN 1001: The contractor shall fabricate and install 38" to 44" wide by 66" to 76" tall (based on site survey measurements) Flow Control Partitions (FCPs) made of 3/8" AR500 ballistic steel. Quantity: 5 each. The contractor will be required to attend a site visit in order to submit a quote. A site visit will be conducted at a Government site located in Virginia Beach, Virginia on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. EST. Due to time constraints and limitations on the availability of the space, the site visit will only be held for contractors who arrive precisely at 11:00 a.m. EST. There will not be another opportunity to view the site. Directions and procedures will be provided once the vendor has submitted the below information.
