Description
FOX ARMY HEALTH CENTER AT REDSTONE ARSENAL IS FACING MAJOR CHALLENGES IN TRAINING MANAGERS HOW TO BE EFFECTIVE IN THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY. OVER THE PAST 18 MONTHS, FOX HAS SEEN NUMEROUS CHANGES IN COMMAND STRUCTURE AND FIRST LINE SUPERVISORS. PROVIDING PROCESS COMMUNICATION TRAINING FOR THE STAFF WILL IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY AND IMPROVE THE OVERALL MORALE OF THE WORK FORCE ENABLING FOX TO BE BETTER POSITIONED FOR THE FUTURE. IT IS REQUESTED THAT KAHLER COMMUNICATIONS, AN ORGANIZATION WHICH HAS EXTENSION KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESS COMMUNICATIONS TEACHING MILITARY ORGANIZATION HOW TO DO MORE WITH LESS. THIS PROGRAM WILL ENABLE EMPLOYEES TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE WHILE MAINTAINING HIGH MORALE AND PERFORMING HIGH QUALITY WORK. KAHLER COMMUNICATIONS IS THE ONLY COMPANY WHO TEACHES THE ORIGINAL PROCESS COMMUNICATION PROGRAM. TRAINING IS TO BE PROVIDED FOR UP TO 100 MULTI-SERVICE HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES DURING 3 SCHEDULED SEMINARS. THREE SEMINARS SHALL BE HELD FROM 24 AUGUST THROUGH 04 SEPTEMBER 2009. TRAINING WILL BE CONDUCTED FOR FOX ARMY HEALTH CENTER, BLDG 4100, REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY PERSONNEL, MANAGEMENT MATERIALS, ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE REQUIRED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND TASKS OUTLINED. TRAINING SHALL BE PROVIDED RECOGNIZING LEADERSHIP STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES, AND EMPLOYING INDIVIDUALISTIC STRATEGIES FOR MOTIVATION. THE ESSENCE OF THE WORKSHOP IS LEARNING HOW TO MANAGE PEOPLE INDIVIDUALLY THEREBY REDUCING MISCOMMUNICATION (UNPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOR) AND INCREASING MORALE AND PRODUCTIVITY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE FOX ARMY WITH THE WEBSITE FOR PARTICIPANTS TO COMPLETE A PRE-COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO DESIGN AND CONDUCT THE PROCESS COMMUNICATIONS WORKSHOP (1-3 DAYS) FOR 90 PERSONNEL AS DETERMINED FROM THE DEPUTIES. THIS SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED DURING THE WEEK OF 24 AUG THROUGH 04 SEPT 2009.
