- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT899117A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-34, effective date July 1, 2009; Defense DCN 20090115, effective date 15 Jan 2009; and AFAC 2009-0318 effective date 18 Mar 2009. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335931. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5920. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5063. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for the following requirement. CLIN0001 - Switch, Fused Load Interrupter with Enclosure Specifications: Switch - 5-kV, 200 AMPS continous, 3-Pole 12.5k AMPS short time 20k AMPS momentary 20k AMPS fault closing 19k VOLTS low frequency withstanding 60k VOLTS impulse withstanding Enclosure-Outdoor construction code gauge steel per applicable U/L, NEMA and ANSI standards Maximum dimensions: 66"H x 25.5"W x 25"D Built-in switch position view window Switch operating handle on front right of enclosure Equipment shall be U/L listed assembly Qty 2 EA CLIN0002 - Fuses, 175E current limiting. 5.5-kV AO55F1DORO 175E CS-3 SERIES CAT # HVM030502VL Qty 6 EA CLIN0003 - Freight Qty 1 EA Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
