- REQUIREMENT: The USDA, Farm Service Agency is seeking expressions of interest to lease approximately 1,370 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space with 10 onsite paved parking spaces. THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER BUILD TO SUIT. First floor space is preferred. DELINEATED AREA: The delineated area is North bound by Route 220/I-99 and Legislative Route 1009 (Frankstown Road), to the East bound by Route 22 and Legislative Route 1009 (Frankstown Road), to the South bound by Route 22, and to the West by Route 22 and US Route 220/I-99. TERM: The term of the lease will be five (5) years with one five (5) year renewal option. OCCUPANCY: The space must be available for occupancy by July 30, 2010. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. For build to suit include site location. 2. Rentable square feet available and rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. 3. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) and the common Area Factor 4.
