- This is a modification to the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote Number W912L7-09-T-0047 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements.
