- Description
- The attached document is a list of the offices in the building and what items are needed in each office. Dimensions of the items are a guideline, but the contractor shall state if a difference between the item requested and the item quoted exists. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-09-Q-0444 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35, Defense Circular 20090715-1 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. (iv) This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337211. (v) The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment, and management: to provide the following: Removal of existing furniture and transportation to DRMO. New furniture, (please see attachment for specifcations of items requested. All furniture quoted shall be as a majority, quoted from a GSA schedule. Clarifications to be discussed at site visit. The provision at 52.212-1--Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2--Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on the lowest price technically acceptable, and the quote that will yield the best value to the Government. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8-- Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.204-9--Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel - contractor shall comply with agency personal identity verification procedures identified in the contract that implement Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance M-05-24, and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) Number 201. All personnel planning on attending and driving on the installation will need a valid state driver's license, current proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
