- Sources Sought for Emergency – Disaster Lodging Management Services GSA Schedule 599 SIN 599-3 QMAD is currently refreshing its Travel Services Solutions (TSS) Multiple Award Schedule solicitation, which includes Special Item Number (SIN) 599-3, Lodging Negotiations and Management Services (see description below). QMAD intends to recompete the Blanket Purchase Agreement BPA – for Emergency Lodging – Disaster Management Services and would like ample competition for this BPA http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/channelView.do?pageTypeId=17110&channelPage=%2Fep%2Fchannel%2FgsaOverview.jsp&channelId=-24536 Therefore, this notice of sources sought is being distributed for contractors specializing in this field of Emergency Lodging Management Services to contact us and begin the process to become a GSA vendor on Schedule 599, offering SIN 599-3. Only vendors providing SIN 599-3 services will be eligible to compete for the BPA. The purpose of this blanket purchase agreement (BPA) is to secure accommodations for emergency/disaster victims and relief/emergency support personnel. GSA requires the hospitality management firm to quickly secure accommodations for individuals (e.g. government employees, rescue workers, private citizens, families, pets) displaced by emergencies and/or disasters. Accommodations will encompass the full range of safe, secure accommodations for individuals, families, pets, in a wide variety of locations.
