- Solicitation VA-263-09-RA-0079 replaces VARA-263-09-IB-0075 per modification posted July 13, 2009. Everthing else remains the same. Project 568-09-111, Renovate Supply, Processing and Distribution: This project will renovate approximately 950 SF of existing space in the SPD area, to be completed in two separate construction phases. The work includes demolition, new doors and frames, stainless steel counter tops, mechanical and electrical work. Award of this project will be in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656). It is set-aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236220, P&S: Z141. This solicitation will be posted on the FederalBusinessOpportunities website O/A July 24, 2009 and sealed bids will be due on August 24, 2009 at 02:00 pm MST, unless extensions are issued in an amendment.
