- IQC 09188009030, NSN 1650-00-133-4411, Cylinder Block, Hydraulic. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is a “sole-source item.” The only approved source is Eaton Aerospace LLC. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request package. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option Year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=77 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=77, O=77 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=615, O=615 / Estimated Annual Quantity: B=307, O=307. The required delivery schedule is 225 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. This item has a surge and sustainment requirement. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on August 12, 2009.
