- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Sewage Odor Control) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), RFQ # M67399-09-Q-0117. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 424690. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 5169. The small business size standard is 100 employees. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 6850. CLIN 0001QTY: 07 ODOR CONTROL PRODUCTThe Odor Control Product is non toxic, non corrosive, non flammable, biodegradable, clear colorless with specific gravity at 68 degrees farenheit of 0.995, PH level of between 6.5 to 7.5 and is completely water soluble with a fragrant odor. This is an Odor Control Chemical designed for vapor phase fogging system required for control of offensive odors used in sewage treatment plant. (7 Totes = 275 Gallon/Tote x 7 is for a total of 1,925 Gallons total Qty) Place of contract delivery and acceptance will be at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC), Twentynine Palms, CA 92278. The vendor selected for award will be required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition.
