- This notice is issued by the 377th Contracting Squadron, Kirtland AFB, NM as a Sources Sought notice(SS) to solicit responses from interested parties. This notice, is for information and planning purposes only. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This Sources Sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. No awards will be issued as a result of this SS. The 377th Contracting Squadron does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this Sources Sought, the 377th Contracting Squadron may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; however, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against 377th Contracting Squadron shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought or the 377th Contracting Squadron's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. NOTICE: IAW 52.246-16 and 52.246-20, warranty on all parts and labor shall be applicable. The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified small businesses concerns including: 8(a), HUBZone, or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. The 377th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified small businesses including 8(a), HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-owned business concerns to provide the following: CLIN 0001 2001 Great Dane 28' x 102" wide single axle trailer. Trailer to be fully insulated, i.e., floor, walls, nose and ceiling of the trailer as manufactured by Great Dane Trailers, Inc. One side door on the curbside towards the nose of the trailer, to be operational from both the inside and out to enable personnel to enter and exit trailer. One fully insulated rear roll-up door. Interior walls lined with Kemlite as well as the ceiling and nose of the trailer. 24" aluminum scuff-band on front and sides of the inside of the trailer. Flat non-slip aluminum floor. Three rows of e-track located at 2', 4' and 6'; heights on both sides, inside. One set aluminum steps for the side door. One, 100 amp single phase service panel with breakers. One, 220 volt shore power cord, 50' in length. Five, 4-gang 110 outlets on each wall. One row ceiling lights with one light on each side at the rear, just below the roll-up door track. Two, 120 volt single phase outlets at the bottom nose of the trailer. Two, 3-way light switches; one located at the curbside door and one at the curbside rear roll-up door. One HVAC unit mounted on the nose of the trailer; one intake vent, one outlet vent, one thermostat control. Make: Marvar Model: AVP24ACA050W Two, 24" x 36" x 60" aluminum storage boxes mounted underneath the trailer, (1) each side behind the landing mounting gear brackets. On the roadside of the trailer there will be an additional box (24"Hx36"Dx36"L) mounted behind the 60" box. Due to the available space between landing gear mounting brackets and the tire. Install tie downs in the floor of the trailer to secure two rolling computer cabinets in addition toe-track securement. Air ride suspension installed on a single axle. This axle and suspension will be removed as currently installed and moved forward to accommodate future installation of Customer's lift gate. Make of the suspension: Hendrickson Model # HT-230SA17 CLIN 0002 Install one Exterior light on the curbside at the side door. Install one Exterior light on curb side at the top rear header. Install one switch for the front side door exterior light, next to interior light switch. Install one switch for the rear exterior light at the rear next to the interior light switch. Secure 3 metal cabinets to the wall per customer specifications. Utilizing the E-track as necessary QUANTITY: See Item Description UNIT OF ISSUE: EA. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 days after award of contract. FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. Firms responding to this Sources Sought should indicate if they are a SBA 8(a), HUBZone and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned business. For the purposes of being considered a small business, the following applies: NAICS Code 423860, Size Standard 100 employees. The Government reserves the right to set-aside any subsequent acquisition based upon known sources and/or responses to this Sources Sought.
