- ATTACHMENT A SF-1449 SOLICITATION The Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol, is requesting firm-fixed price proposals for: Pre-packaged Food Service Contract. This requirement is being awarded under FAR Part 12 and will result in the issuance of a Contract. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote number is HSBP1009R2416. This requirement is solicited as a 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS with a North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAIC) of 722310. One contract is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this request for proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this acquisition. Companies must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system before an award can be made to their company. If a company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) applies to this acquisition. Companies must be registered in ORCA before an award can be made to their company. If a company is not registered in ORCA, they may do so by going to the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Customs and Border Protection requires the following item “Meet or Exceed”. Reference the attached solicitation for specific details. Base Year – Pre-packaged Food Service Option Year 1 – Pre-packaged Food Service Option Year 2 – Pre-packaged Food Service Option Year 3 – Pre-packaged Food Service Option Year 4 – Pre-packaged Food Service Deliver to: Customs & Border Protection Rio Grande Valley Sector Various Locations as stated in the Statement of Work The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-031. The following FAR clauses and provisions that apply to this acquisition are attached. Proposals must include pricing information on Attachment A.
