Description
Recovery - DUNS# 078576738. This modification is issued to obligate American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) of 2009 funds for the purpose of supporting the Joint Genome Institute by acquiring new computing infrastructure; purchase of third-generation sequencing hardware; and preliminary sequencing of important plant reference genomes. This is incremental funding to a competitively awarded contract. This is a research and development contract and as such it is impossible to estimate the costs of performance with any accuracy therefore all funding is issued on a cost reimbursement basis.
