- The United States Coast Guard, Operations Systems Center, has a requirement for the following item: 1. Part No. BR-DCX-1102, 32 port card for Brocade 48000, Quantity, 4 This requirement is for firm fixed pricing. Any and all shipping costs must be clearly identified in the quotation response. Also identify any included warranty and/or support in the quotation response. The equipment shall be delivered to the following address: U.S. Coast Guard Operations Systems Center 408 Coast Guard Drive Kearneysville, WV 25430 Vendors shall provide a delivery schedule, i.e. the date that they will deliver the item. This information shall be a part of the quote package. Evaluation of quotations will be based on the following considerations in the order given: 1. Technical compliance 2. Delivery date and price are equal. Vendors should submit an electronic response to this RFQ if they do not intend to submit a quotation by the due date for quotes. There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which questions and responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government Contracting Officer.
