This solicitation is now available for viewing and/or downloading at the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov or via a link at the Honolulu District Contracting Website at http://www.poh.usace.army.mil/CT/CT.htm. An organized pre-proposal conference will be held at the CES Conference Room of Building 1200 at Hickam Air Force Base followed by a site visit on 7 August 2009 from 9:00 A.M., Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Refer to Section 00100, provision S-36.4 for required attendee information/confirmation by no later than 31 July 2009 at 3:00 P.M., HST.
