- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to Contractors under Contracts N62478-07-D-4003/4004/4005/4006/4007, 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), Hawaii. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing the Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the above Navy 8(a)MACC. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to repair and install air conditioning to Building 1087 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Work consists demolition, hazardous materials, concrete work, masonry, metal, carpentry, waterproofing, roof insulation, fluid-applied roofing, flashing and sheet metal, steel doors and frames, wood doors, FRP doors and aluminum frames, aluminum windows, finish hardware, door louvers, stucco, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling, resilient floo! ring, carpet, painting, signage, toilet compartments and accessories, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, civil, landscaping, and incidental related work. Project No. HI0911M, Repair Building 1087 (WON 803628) Work includes the following and incidental related work: Repair spalls at building exterior. Replace all windows and frames and strengthen structure to mitigate blast forces at glazing. Paint building exterior and interior. Replace all interior doors. Replace existing floor coverings. Repair restrooms; remove and replace all plumbing fixtures (and piping as required), toilet accessories, and toilet partitions. Repair restroom walls and install new ceramic tile wainscot and flooring. Electrical repairs include replacing all switches, receptacles, and light fixtures; relocate main panels A, B, and C, existing water cooler to remain; replace main distribution panel and pad mounted transformer; and removal and replacement of any remaining lead covered wiring. Paint interior ceilings. Provide seismic upgrades. Replace roofing and flashing. Project No. HI0912R, Install Air Conditioning, Building 1087 (WON 749359) Work includes the following and incidental related work: Installation of split unit air conditioning at offices only with dedicated electrical panel. Installation of suspended acoustical ceiling at corridors. Civil At/FP improvements include installation of a controlled perimeter, removal of parking in the required clear zone, and installation of a secure trash enclosure.
