- RECOVERY--Work consists of Paving Repair, Shoulder repair, repaving and new paving around various areas of at the John H. Kerr Dam. The Solicitation issued will be Firm Fixed Price. Estimated cost range of this project is $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 9 September 2009. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested parties must REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you or your company with notification of any changes to this solicitation. You shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from the solicitation. The web site is http://www.ccr.gov.
