X -- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES TO LEASE ABOUT 3,550 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 3,087 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE IN MILFORD, MA ________________________________________ DESCRIPTION U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE ABOUT 3,550 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 3,087 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE IN THE DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus disability access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines, be on the third (3d) floor or higher, have at least 20 on site parking spaces and a have a separate room for training. The lease must be fully serviced. Anticipated occupancy is December 1, 2009. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, Five (5) years firm term, and One (1) Five (5) year option. DELINEATED AREA (Bounded as follows): An area of 2 miles on either side of RTE 495, on the north by RTE 495 Exit 20, and on the south by RTE 495 Exit 19, in and near the Town of Milford, MA. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JULY 31, 2009, AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name, address, and location of space in the building. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered in CAD format. AutoCAD or compatible format is required. 3) The drawings shall clearly show all architectural features including columns. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet. 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered. 6) Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet. 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that it may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA).
