Description

Solicitation N00421-09-T-0141 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Ultralife Corporation for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Manufacturer must be Ultralife Corporation who holds sole proprietary data rights – Award all or none. The contract line item number and description are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 6 ea P/N A-305 Multiband Vehicle Adapter, CLIN 0002 Quantity 3 ea P/N A-305-A01 Radio Bracket Accessory, CLIN 0003 Quantity 1 ea Shipping Charges to St. Inigoes, MD 20684-0010. Award is expected 30 JUL 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 29 JUL 2009 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
