- INTERESTERED PARTIES TACOM RI requests information prior to release of any resultant solicitation. The information within this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding upon the Government. Updated information will be provided in a subsequent notice or synopsis, if and when necessary. Potential sources capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, supplies, testing, packing, and shipping to manufacture and provide M49 Filter Assembly, Gas, 120 CFM Assembly, NSN: 4240-01-312-9146; Part No. 5-19-11282. The M49 Fixed Installation Filter is a low demand chemical filter. Low Demand quantities have made this filter uneconomical to produce this filter commercially or through a Government industry partnership. The purpose of this notice is to identify and establish initial interest and points of contact from the vendor community. Information may be used to help formulate acquisition strategies, to include socioeconomic program support and to help establish commercial practices available to the Government. Any response to this notice should include the following information: Company name, point of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, brief description of company any capabilities, experience area, size, history, CAGE Code and/or Tax-ID number, large business or small business category, hub zone, or any other information that you feel would be pertinent. TECH DATA is posted to Market Survey on the Solicitation Home Page at https://aais.ria.army.mil/AAIS/Solinfo/MARKET_SURVEYS/market.htm In order to view the tech data the Non Disclosure Agreement needs to be filled out and a copy of your certification DD Form 2345 returned to me. Contractor must be certified to have access to EXPORT CONTROL TDP. To be registered or to re-register please select the DD Form 2345 link below; Contractors must submit DD Form 2345 (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. NOTE: No solicitation is issued at this time. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government will in no way be obligated to purchase all or any part of the items described above. The U.S. Government is providing this information as general information only. The U.S. Government will in no way be bound to this information and responses received if or when any solicitation is issued. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All contractors who provide goods/services must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You cannot be awarded a contract if you are not registered in the CCR. You may register via the Internet at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil.
