- RECOVERY--The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for small business with a NAICS code of 561990 and with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years of $7,000,000.00 ($7.0 million), including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is Howard, PA. Provide labor, equipment, and material to remove exposed reinforcing bar and removal of debris in stilling basin, Foster Joseph Sayers Dam, Howard, PA. No phone or fax requests for a copy of solicitation will be accepted. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the contracting office at Josephine.e.baran@usace.army.mil. The solicitation package is available to interested vendors to create an account (unless they already have one) and download/obtain the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities aka FBO or FEDBIZOPPS) http://www.fbo.gov You must be CCR registered in order to create an account at FEDBIZOPPS. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov as you will need your MPIN (Marketing Partner Identification Number) when creating an account at FEDBIZOPPS.
