- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9127S-09-T-0189. This acquisition will be released as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Request for Quotes (RFQ) under NAICS Code 333911. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on or about 12 August 2009. The project consists of the provision of the following: four (4) pump and motor assemblies with CW rotation, complete with coupling, coupling covers, and base plates to match existing concrete pedestals; one (1) pump and motor assemblies with CCW rotation, complete with coupling, coupling covers, and base plates to match existing concrete pedestals; and spare parts consisting of five (5) impellers, five (5) sets of mechanical seals; (2) shafts; (5) sets of wear rings, one (1) spare motor, and one (1) spare pump with CW and CCW rotation. Delivery to Dardanelle, AR. The type of contract will be Firm Fixed-Price (FFP). The contract will be completed within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice to proceed from the Project Office. Notification of amendments will be made via the Internet. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the Internet daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Vendors registered with the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the internet after solicitation issuance.
