PR IQC08161009037. Amendment 0002 to Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0006 will be issued on July 30, 2009. Amendment 0002 changes the RFP to an unrestricted procurement and extends the closing date to August 12, 2009. Amendment 0001 to Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0006 was issued on June 25, 2009. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 24 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 6 BX and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Formal cost and pricing data is not required. Subcontracting plan is not required. EEO clearance is not required. NSNs are not Critical Safety Items. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Award may be a single or multiple award.
