- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS LISTED UNDER EXISTING GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE CONTRACTS LISTED WITHIN GSA'S e-BUY SYSTEM. GSA's e-Buy system is an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) system designed to allow Federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs, online, for millions of services and products offered through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and GSA Technology Contracts. These contracts will be solicited utilizing unrestricted competitive procedures. This is not a solicitation. The full solicitation package inclusive of specifications will be available only by accessing GSA's e-Buy system under RFQ 382859. The posting will occur on 24 July, 2009 and will be open for competitive pricing through 30 July, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. EST. The requirement is being advertised under GSA FSC's 66 Scientific Equipment and Services. PROJECT INFORMATION: The contemplated delivery order will be firm fixed-price against an existing GSA schedule contract. Award is contingent upon the recipients meeting the requirements of Section 1512 of the Recovery Act. Supplies will consist of Sontek Flow Tracker Handheld ADV (Part Number 9000-00120) or equal, Sontek Deluxe 2 piece top-setting wading rod (Part Number FT-ER) or equal, Sontek Argonaut SW 3.0-MHz system (Part Number 9000-01055) or equal, Sontek 20-M Power and RS232/SDI-12 Communication cable (Part Number 8012-0041) or equal, and Sontek Argonaut SW Urethane mounting shoe for use in pipe or open channel installations (Part Number 6047-01026) or equal.
